Just Be You!

You may say I’m a dreamer,
but I’m not the only one.
I hope that someday you’ll join us.
And the world will live as one.

You reach a point in your life where you see the real from the fake, you realize that sometimes, people really do come in your life for a few seasons but beyond that, there is no place in your life for them. You realize who’s there for you, and who is by your side just to fulfill their needs. You figure out who your true friends are. So if you don’t hear it from me, just know that we both had a part in this, sometimes people drift apart, sometimes what you considered a true friendship, was never cherished as a friendship by the other. It’s life, but don’t waste your time surrounding yourself around people who don’t value you in their life.

People change.
Time’s moving.
Years go by,
and I’m not the same girl
you used to know.

The greatest thing you can be proud of is being able to stand from a fall and becoming a better person.

After a while, you learn that you don’t need anyone else in order to survive. No one is ever going to always be there, no matter what they say or what they promise. You just gotta suck it up, accept it, and keep moving on!

Nothing is more beautiful than a confident girl who doesn’t pretend to be something she’s not,
down to earth, and lets no guy define who she is.

Your vision of where or who you want to be is the greatest asset you have.

Don’t look into the past; because you’ve already been there.
Focus on the future since that’s where you’re going.

Never give up. No matter what is going on, never give up. Develop the heart. Too much energy in your country is spent developing in the mind instead of the heart. BE COMPASSIONATE, not just to your friends but to everyone. BE COMPASSIONATE, work peace in your heart and in the world. Work for peace, and I say again, never give up. No matter what is happening, no matter what is going on around you. Never give up.

Stop and make sure that everything you are doing right now is really what makes you happy. You can’t just live for some goal in the future and have that be everything … have that be it. Because that is what some people do. They get on this road and there are all these signs saying, ‘This way. That way.’ But what if you get there, you get exactly what you wanted, like some people do, except all the things that were wrong, are still wrong. Then what?

Learn from your past, move on, grow stronger.
People are fake, but let your trust last longer.
Do what you gotta do, but always stay true.

Do not be afraid to take a stand for what you believe in. God is always with you. He never leaves you nor forsakes you. ( Deuteronomy 31:8)

“If you’re going to be passionate about something, be passionate about learning. If you’re going to fight something, fight for those in need. If you’re going to question something, question authority. If you’re going to lose something lose your inhibitions. If you’re going to gain something , gain respect and confidence. And if you’re going to hate something, hate the false idea that you are not capable of your dreams.

I’m learning not to sweat the small stuff.
This year has been about finding strength within myself- not looking to others for it.

If you’re feeling frightened about what comes next, don’t be. Embrace the uncertainty. Allow it to lead you places. Be brave as it challenges you to exercise both your heart and your mind as you create your own path towards happiness, don’t waste time with regret. Spin wildly into your next action. Enjoy the present, each moment, as it comes; because you’ll never get another one quite like it. And if you should ever look up and find yourself lost, simply take a breath and start over. Retrace your steps and go back to the purest place in your heart, where your hope lives. You’ll find your way again.

Life is about trusting your feelings and taking chances,
losing and finding happiness,
appreciating the memories,
learning from the past,
and realizing people change.

It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are.
